September 11 Household Meeting Songs

Born Into A Battle

Born into a battle, a warfare to know

Beyond the visible we see it,

The army, the field and the foe

God alone in the garden, where it began long ago. Where the enemy who rose up,

Deceived the man God made; Where God stated His intention, To crush that serpent’s head.

For the kingdom of this world, it shall become The kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ! And He shall reign forever and ever more

Entered into victory what wisdom this plan

God’s Son born of a woman, Messiah an ordinary man Satan said, “It seems so easy,”

As nail through flesh and blood ran

“Sure this foolishness can’t threaten

My reign of death and sin,”

But the third day Jesus rose up

And triumph over him

For the kingdom of this world, it shall become The kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ! And He shall reign forever and ever more

Toward the final conflict,

God’s word our command.

We move inevitably onwards,

God’s weapons held in our hands

In Him we shall do more than conquer, Before our Lord who can stand.

Man shall glorify His Maker,

God shall be enjoyed,

And that one called the deceiver,

His works shall be destroyed.

For the kingdom of this world, it shall become The kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ! And He shall reign forever and ever more

Victory To Our King

All glory unto You

This battle cry we sing

That victory belongs to Him

Victory to our King

All glory unto You

This battle cry we sing

That victory belongs to Him

Victory to our King

As we march out into this land

As the Lord's people, we stand

Though our foe awaits us, we shall not fear

For victory is surely at hand

If the Lord, our God is with us

Then who can stand against

The people, the Lord has called His own

All glory unto You

This battle cry we sing

That victory belongs to Him

Victory to our King

Now He rides on ahead of us

He who is faithful and true

With all the saints and martyrs who've gone before

Those who have been made pure

Will you stand now and come with me

And march as His armies go forth?

As for me and my house

We will serve the Lord

All glory unto You

This battle cry we sing

That victory belongs to Him

Victory to our King

All glory unto You

This battle cry we sing

That victory belongs to Him

Victory to our King

Here I Am Lord

I, the Lord of sea and sky

I have heard my people cry

All who dwell in dark and sin

My hand will save

I have made the stars of night

I will make their darkness bright

Who will bear my light to them?

Whom shall I send?

Here I am, Lord

Is it I, Lord?

I have heard You calling in the night

I will go, Lord

If You lead me

I will hold Your people in my heart

I, the Lord of wind and flame

I will tend the poor and lame

I will set a feast for them

My hand will save

Finest bread I will provide

'Til their hearts be satisfied

I will give my life to them

Whom shall I send?

Here I am, Lord

Is it I, Lord?

I have heard You calling in the night

I will go, Lord

If You lead me

I will hold Your people in my heart

I will hold Your people in my heart
